Check-out Procedures

  • Please leave our guest suite as neat and tidy as you found it
  • All dishes, pots, utensils, etc. are cleaned and returned to their places
  • Remove food from cabinets and fridge
  • Staples in tightly closed containers may be left
  • DO NOT REMOVE provided oil, vinegar, spices, flour, sugar, tea and coffee
  • DO NOT STRIP bedding, the cleaners prefer to strip the beds themselves
  • Hang damp towels or cloths on available towel bars in bathroom. Do not leave on floor or furniture
Personal Items
  • Check drawers, cabinets, closets, under the couch, etc. so you don’t leave personal items behind
  • Remember your phone/laptop charger!
Trash and Recycling
  • Collect trash and recycling and place in outside bins
  • Recycling must be clean but does not need to be sorted
  • Return furniture to original position
  • Close all windows
Lights, TV
  • Turn off all the lights, TV and Stereo
  • Turn heat on thermostat down to 15 degrees

  • Return entry key to outside lockbox
  • If you’ve had any problems or anything has been broken, please leave a note or call Kelsey and Byron. This includes anything that is not working properly (i.e. dripping faucets, problem with the dishwasher, stove, etc.), light bulbs are burned out or smoke/ carbon monoxide alarms need a new battery.
